My experience with Primo puppies and Eric in Sugarcreek, Was the best! Eric has been more than helpful and willing to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. It was great going out to meet my puppy before bringing her home and I could tell he truly cared for his dogs upon meeting him. Eric and Beth were great to work with when choosing our first family pet. Our daughter is a year old and the excitement of getting her a puppy to grow up with also came with typical worries of puppy bites, scratches, ect. with such a little one. Since picking up our boy, we haven’t had a single worry.. we are absolutely amazed at how calm, gentle, and patient our puppy from Primo Pups is!! We have never seen a puppy with such a great temperament, you can really tell Eric and Beth take great care of their puppies & we are so thankful for finding Primo Pups!!

I am so impressed with Primo Pups and Eric. He answered my call right away and answered all my questions. He was very professional and accommodating. We absolutely love our Berner and constantly get compliments about how beautiful he is. We picked up Miles about 8 months ago and it's been one of our most memorable trips and best decisions ever! As first time dog owners, we had no clue how purchasing from breeders worked. To say the least, we were pretty nervous as we live a few states away. However, Eric made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. He was always prompt with call backs and very professional. Pickup day was a breeze all thanks to Eric and Beth. We picked up the most perfect Bernedoodle puppy from Eric & Beth. They are amazing people and you can tell that the puppies are really taken care of at their home.
